Jack "O" Lanterns

We grew pumpkins again this year but they ended up more decorative(long and skinny) than carve-able(round and fat) so we still ended up buying pumpkins anyways.
 N. figuring out how clay carving tools work on gourd guts and how to turn those guts into something cool.
Daddy started out with a well planned and well stocked tool arsenal. By the end the chainsaw was the tool of choice. Seriously. The Dremmel didn't make a big enough mess apparently.
 T. created his entirely on his own this year. Dedicated carver.
 S. wanted to be able to do it all on her own. And she did. Mostly.
 Scary end result.
 Um, Gross!
 Z. got home late from a carnival with a friend so she went at her carving quick and forcefully. I'm a little surprised the pumpkin didn't burst into bits. Love her "attack" face!
 Sweet Pumpkins.
This pumpkin didn't want to smile so much.

Now who is going to do the clean up?!
