Z. talked me into a 4 hour car ride to see her long lost friend R.
She was so happy to see her again, its been since last summer.
They met as Preschoolers and became friends as Elementary classmates.
Now they seem to be joined at the hip.
My favorite part of the story is that R.s mom dated Z.s uncle for a few years during college.
They could have been cousins!
Anyways, while the girls played together S. and T. and I played all over the place.
The Willow Park Zoo is a great place to visit and the attached park was a perfect lunch spot.

"Our " park. We found the post where our name is engraved. A great place to release extra energy!
Not such a great place to put down your favorite blue princess purse and not remember until the next day!
Drive up to Egypt to see Aunt S. and a few of her kids. Idaho is the perfect place for kite flying!
S. was not too impressed with the smell of the cows. Good thing the wind was blowing the other direction.
Cache Valley Mall has such great squishy toys to jump on and off of. I think we were there playing on those same 4 toys for an entire hour! Great fun.
Not sure i'd do the drive again anytime soon but i'm glad we went. Its such a pretty place and with the sun shining it felt like the perfect day to play.
Its interesting to me how it isnt home anymore.
I thought it would feel like it used to when we lived there and would travel back home down the canyon into the valley and I felt the wonderful happy feeling that it was home.
This time after almost 2 years of living away the feeling was gone.
Maybe someday the kids will stop talking about " the Logan house" and how they liked it better there.
Give them another year or so and i'm sure it will happen to them too.
